Please add my complaint about incorrect Amex cashback, to my other complaints.....telling me you've cancelled my MasterCard before my new cards had arrived, and telling me I had no cashback from this year, even though I had spent thousands.
Are they ever going to respond?illegitimi non carborundum0 -

The issue is under investigation and and correct cash back will be applied on your account shortly.
Why don't they tell people that then e.g. website, email.0 -
My cashback this month works out to exactly 1% on both the Amex and Mastercard. I haven't spent anything on the VISA yet.
So whilst the double cashback is missing, I'm pleased to say that my total cashback does include the correct amount from before the migration. So that's one thing at least.0 -
Does anyone know how to receive cashback? they said we could collect it each month but there's no means I can find on the website.0

My cashback is still showing as zero since getting the new cards and no sign of the £15 credit for spending £300 either.0

I spent my £300 to qualify for the £15 within days of getting my cards (via my Amex hopefully 2% CB too).
I have since had my statement with that transaction on, with no £15 added.
I contacted them, and they have said I have indeed met the criteria, but they are paying the £15 after the 3 month qualifying period, so don't expect it on the next statement.
(Oh...and got a £5 "compensation" for the trouble of moaning!) :P2 Tickets to Blackrock Masters Tennis:j0 -
it will come...but if it increases it to £20, i suppose it is worth making that quick call
im not getting the £15 though:(0
