Barclaycard are a bit funny with some retailers in my experience - another example is pay at pump transactions. I was told by my local morrisons that barclaycard will not process pay at pump transactions at all and subsequently the card is declined - in this instance it was one of the nuances of Barclaycard.

sounds like hokum.. I always use pay at pump and have never had my Barclaycard (the old one) declined...

I had this trouble for about a month when my card converted from Egg to Barclaycard. It was certainly nothing permanent.

I tried to use my new Amex card at Tesco pay at pump and it didn't work, I'll perhaps try again next time.

Has anybody else who lost their cashback got it back yet?

I got the following reply from Barclaycard two weeks ago but have not heard anything since:
We have recently become aware of this issue and an investigation is currently on-going to determine the cause of this error. The account details are not available online during the account transfer to your new product for a short time. Please be assured that your account details can be viewed again after this period has elapsed and you will be able to view your cash back earned via "Your Cashback" tab under card summary page online and we will also get back to you with an update shortly.

I do not have a "Your Cashback" tab under the card summary page. Does anybody else have one?

I just have a 'Your cashback summary' area under 'Your statements' and it still shows £0.00. A nice CS rep gave me my accrued cashback as a 'goodwill payment' a few weeks ago when I made a complaint, so I'm hopeful that when the site does show the cashback, I'll be able to claim the cashback (again) through the normal cashback procedure.
