    That was back in March but only got the new cards today. Anyone think they'll try and date it from March instead of today??

    After receiving my cards I sent them a secure message to check firstly that double cashback was applied, and the start date of that offer. The reply I received confirmed the offer had been applied from the date of migration (8 May in my case). This was a few days before I received the cards, but not enough for me to complain about again!

    I've tried both the Amex and Visa and both work with my old MasterCard PIN

    My account says my MasterCard has been cancelled. Ive raised another complaint as they've not sent me my new cards yet.

    Same here. Mastercard cancelled, not received new card yet. What exactly am I supposed to do all over the weekend? Well, use one of many other cards but that's besides the point!! The Mastercard was supposed to be valid until the next statement after migration, or something like that.

    Will post another complaint ...

    Same here. The old MasterCard still works though, but new transactions are not showing in the "Pending transactions" total.

    Haven't tried the new cards yet, but I received a letter from Barclaycard saying that the direct debit facility will continue as normal, and payments will now be credited to my new account number. Also, the previous pin should work; they say.

    Mine says cancelled too, I've not had my new cards yet, old card still working fine.
    Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.
