yes. i have. they've just replied that 'it is not an offer available on your account, at the moment'..........they have made the conversation into a 'normal' one, ie. where you call up your card provider and ask for a deal, such as IFP on Purchases, a Balance Transfer, etc. rather than actually be prepared to tackle the 'Card Change: Cashback Double as compensation' concept.

Has anyone seen this video they have put out regarding this double card shuffle? If the cards are as they appear in the video it will be difficult to distinguish between them as they are the same colour & look almost identical!

Sent a complaint via secure message. They've replied offering to double the cashback for 6mths but no mention of payment to account. I missed a phone call though. Do they have to speak to you on the phone to offer the payment? Should I call back or reply to their message?


ETA: been offered £25 gesture of goodwill.
