Shops closing early and locking the doors!

As I commented earlier, the shop should be open for its published times, and the staff should be paid for the time they are expected to work.
I agree, but the shops published opening times should be at the very least 15 mins before staff finishing times, but then what happens then is word gets round that the store doesn't really close at say 7.30 and so the unthinking just keep trooping in expecting their pizzas etc., is it really too much to ask folk to have a little thought for the folk that work in in shops/service industries!0
