Hi,
Just got back from an amazing Tour of South Africa with 44 15/16 year olds and 5 staff. We were all delayed for 23 hours on our flight back from Jo'berg to Heathrow due to a "Technical Issue". As Tour Leader, do I claim on behalf of the whole group or does each individual need to claim separately?
Thanks.0 -

Even though we booked a package holiday through First Choice we ended up flying with easyjet. We had a 3hrs 45min delay due to technical fault with plane. I have used a resolver template to send claim letter to first choice. Sent it by recorded delivery so I KNOW they have received it but 3wks later and I still have no response from them. What do I do now??? Wait for reply? Send letter again? or escalate?
Thank you0 -
Laurajane - read Vauban's Guide and then decide whether to DIY a claim against easyJet (which I would recommend) or use a NWNF. Forget First Choice and only continue with Resolver if you (initially) do not feel confident re DIY. Further posts (if required) should be on easyJet thread.0

No response from first choice after 4wks. What should I do next?
Originally Booked package holiday through first choice. They flew us with easyjet. Had a 4hr delay due to technical fault. Sent compensation letter in post using a resolver template. Not heard anything back as yet0 -

Read reply #89 above yours. Nothing whatsoever to do with First Choice so I do not blame them for not replying. Your claim is against easyJet so DIY or NWNF.0
