Well if she's able to go on Monday then she'll have it. If not then not.
Did look at places like boots but again - Monday was the earliest available appointment.
I had bad flu right at the beginning of her pregnancy - but we were just really careful with hygiene and she didn't catch it from me. Was quite a panic actually as kept reading about how bad flu can be when pregnant.
Hadn't had flu in living memory.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

OH is really bad with cold at the moment, awful sore throat - kept her awake all night, hope he holds off for a bit til she's gotten over it.
I'm not well either but tried to crack on with finishing off the floor. It's looking much better - doesn't feel like such an impossible task now.
Did have to refix the drain pipe as it had fallen down. Turned out builders had attached it really poorly... Too short, missing pieces, not enough securing clips.
Sorted now. I despair...Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

I hope OH's cold is short lived and she's feeling better soon, Freddie.
Baby still isn't engaged so MW is a bit concerned as apparently there is a risk of cord prolapse if I were to go in labour before he is engaged. I've to go for an app and possibly a scan next week to check if he is engaged then and if not to check if there's a reason why, assuming he doesn't try to make an appearance first.
I've banned myself from chairs - birthing ball only in a bid to help baby on his way. Fingers crossed.0 -
Hope all goes well with the appointment Beckky - if you get to it.
I'd read/heard from midwife that some babies don't engage before labour starts. She made it sound as if that was very common and not something to be alarmed about.
Anyway better to be safe - don't fret about it though
OH wanted to try and stay active but me being ill at the weekend and her being ill now has made that more awkward.
She'd like to be spending more time on the ball but feels too dizzy at the moment!
Hopefully she'll feel better by the weekend.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
