Hello all, times going so much quicker now I hadn't even realised where we were up to!

24+3. We're going for OH's 24 week midwife appointment tomorrow morning.

Baby has been kicking lots, it's lovely now that you can see it happening too. OH wanted to start doing some more exercise this weekend. She's found some good videos on YouTube. But the thing is she doesn't enjoy doing it on her own. So ive had to join in with the antenatal Pilates!

    It was quite fun though...

Congrats pig and boatgirl. Hope you are both well and enjoying time with your little 'uns.

My wee chunk was weighed today. 8lb 15oz after 18 days! She's doing so well.

Good luck to all the ladies due over the next few days and weeks! Hope you aren't waiting too long for your first cuddles.

Just back from 28 week check up. All looking good and measuring spot on. I need to book in now for my whooping cough jab, not looking forward to that one!!

Glad to be of help flutter, I thought at £10 it was a great price for what you get. I need to start finding homes for everything I've bought as its currently taking up space in the dining room!!

Mine are now pushing 10lbs each, two months old today.

The poor girls had their first lot of injections yesterday. Poor S got the brunt of it as one of the needles didn't inject properly so she ended up with three pinpricks on her left leg when she should only have one!

They were so lethargic and clingy all day, then when it came to bedtime they couldn't settle. I ended up lying them both down on my chest at about 4am as that's the only way they could sleep! They're both currently asleep next to me, still got a bit of a temperature, though so it's romper suits instead of sleepsuits today!

Gosh Lulu, 2 months old already! Hope they perk up today.

I am shattered today, so much for taking a day off to not be tired :rotfl:. For once it was OH who was tossing and turning in bed not me (very unlike him), but it woke me up and I was awake for about an hour. Glad it's Friday today, just two weeks left in work after today :D.

Wow, can't believe they are two months already lulu.

I still have 7 weeks left at work, but only 3 are full 5 days weeks, but today I decided that one day a week when I do have a full week I'm going to work from home.

House is starting to feel like it's being taken over with baby stuff!!
  • Anyone else completely skipped cravings but noticed liking strange smells? Maybe it's just me being weird. I haven't actually had any cravings. I've made excuses for eating lots of junk or thought perhaps things were going to be a craving, but turns out I'm just a greedy cow who wanted to eat a six person trifle or drink a huge bottle of Sprite in one go!
The smell thing I thought might be something to do with the pregnancy super sense of smell that people talk about. But I love the smell of paint drying. Weird and not good for me I know. Also petrol when I'm filling the car up. And weirdest of all. The damp musty smell inside the shed. Love it. Never have before with any of them.

She is having a very active day. Been watching my belly dance all evening and had a very uncomfortable morning not being able to breath, with a foot in the ribs. No amount of nudging or walking around made her want to move.

  • Crazy cat lady... I've become more sensitive to smells (not always a good thing!) but not craving anything yet. I enjoying eating the bad things though as the 'baby wants it' :) but really should try and be a bit better!

Am 20w tomorrow, not felt much at all but had my scan today and my placenta is at the front, so I will only really feel a bit on the left side... The baby's head is there currently so not much movement to feel :(
