  • I live in sketchers. I have a good few pairs. Always comfy. I can still go for a good, long walk in them at lunch time and not have any problems.

I've got a pair of Merrell boots for work and a pair of their walking shoes too. I really struggle to find any shoes/boots that are comfortable but they fit well and are comfy and supportive for me.

Well it's not an UTI, Dr thinks it's just baby being awkward and sitting on bladder. Glad I got it checked though. Just been advised to drink lots and rest of feeling under the weather.

I had letter on wknd saying my appt with BMI MW had been cancelled but it had wrong date on it. So I rung and my appt has been cancelled and they've given it to me the wk after instead which is ok but the BMI MW was going to cancel my 36wk consultant appt that was the same wk as I didn't need to see both as I'm birthing at MLU not hospital, so I've been chasing other hospital to see if I still need to go to that. It's not been cancelled so I guess I'll go lol. Very confusing.

Going to have nap now before OH comes home.

Pyscho, I live in trainers. I just kept a pair of comfy ballet pumps from next under my desk at work and would change into them once I arrived at the office/went out to lunch/went home again etc.

Midwife also said today that I can birth at mlu. She even checked with them to be sure. So no idea why the other hospital said I couldn't after ecv. Much better for us as mlu is much closer, and not subject to so many roadworks.

Hormones raging. DH is driving me up the wall today. Just because!

My work shoes are some brogues fromm next, they are so comfy, I hate it on hot days when I have to find something else! They are actually school shoes from the kids section!! On hotter days I either wear my reliable old comfy sandals or flossys!! I do need new sandals but haven't found any the are really comfy yet .

I'm so tired today. Baby has been moving lots today and yesterday, so maybe I'm feeling the brunt of this growth spurt and he is using up all my energy!!

Glad all is looking good Euro and hope baby arrives at a traffic free time skint!!

Gelly, I'm so pleased to hear that all is looking good for you.

These.. are the only shoes I have been able to fit on for several weeks.. Blowfish Malibu.. the leather ones not the manmade ones.. they are stretched totally to death .. I soaked them overnight and wore them until dry.. right now I am forcing my feet into them first thing in a morning if I need to go out at any point in the day.. my foot circumference is nearly 2.5 times what it normally is. Other than these, not even my slippers will go on... and this is with my super sexy compression stockings!

Hi Everyone. Its lovely to read how well you guys are all doing. It has been a while since i have posted on here. Jasmin is now just over 5 weeks old and settling in alot better now. Although she still cries hysterically when she wants to fart or have a poo. I am trying infacol at the moment and hope it helps a little. I know they do say some babies just dont like the sensation of it so only time will tell. She defo keeps me on my toes but i cant imagine my life without her now. Although i still cant wait till the day i can have 5 hours sleep lol. Got my 6 week glucose tolerance test next week. Fingers crossed it goes well. Congrats to all of you that have had your babies and good luck.

Pigpen congrats on your little girl. Hope you are both doing well.

Euronorris not long now. Bet you cant wait.
  • Goodluck with the GTT Khal :) Wow can't believe she is 5 weeks old! They definitely settle more or cope with wind in their tummies a lot better as they get older, hang in there! :)

Good luck Khal! 5 weeks seems to have flown by!

Only a few days until d-day for me. I reckon skint must be at or very close to hers though, as I'm sure she was a few days ahead of me. Are you still waiting skint?

My braxton hicks are getting stronger and more frequent now, coupled with backache and cramps at random times, so am hopeful that things are getting moving. Probs not though! Haha
