Sounds like there will be some now birth announcements shortly!

I keep feeling really disorganised but then when I look at lists I think we are pretty much covered, we just have the pram and isofix Base to collect from my friend. I've started buying baby toiletries and maternity pads, creams etc. I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and it's really starting to hit home that we are in the final stretch, I have a growth scan in two weeks then our antenatal classes start.

Only 25 working days left :j

Oh God, I hope so. I'm not very good at waiting and already feeling impatient now that work is done.

Still, health visitor came today and she was lovely. Loads of info, very approachable and explained the procedure after birth etc :)

Went for a walk after her visit, which was lovely as weather here is lovely at the moment. Soooo much pressure on my bladder now, it's unreal. Had some sharp, stabby pains down there as well. Wondered if that is because her head is engaging? Anyone any clues?

I think so Euronorris, "f*nny daggers" is how I describe them! I barely have them as I don't think baby has engaged at all - they aren't comfortable though. Hopefully your little one won't be too much longer!

The shop sent the wrong pushchair parts.. But redeemed themselves beautifully .. Glowing feedback for Oxford Pram Shop.. They came good!

Eviction set for tomorrow.. Blood transfusions set for today.. They have until 5pm when I throw a wobbly and go home. I am starving, I can't eat anything they have on offer (meat, egg and salad!) I am in agony and the consultant said no pain relief until the neurologist and orthopaedics have checked me over.. But that was last night

So.. Home if is if they don't get their act together..

Is the health visitor coming before birth an English thing? I'm in Wales and haven't been told about it, I'm 32.5wks now. Keep meaning to ask my MW but forgot!

I've been nesting this morning, 3 loads of washing done and out on line, got OH to move a few heavy bits and bobs around the house before he went out, and have started recovering the base of the ottoman. Taking a break for lunch now.

Flutterby, I feel you on the nesting. I cleaned the bathroom upstairs and then was knackered. Hubby bought me some ice cream to make me feel better.. Now I need a nap..

Pigpen, exciting news that you know when baby is coming.
