  • I only work part time, but I will be taking a year off and then going back part time for a while until I go back full time. I have a couple of weeks holidays to take now so I'm technically finishing at 37 weeks.

These weeks seem to be going so slow for me, I'm so ready to have the baby out :)

How long will you be taking?

I know what you mean, I'm taking a drop, but I keep telling myself with 2 children I won't be spending that much anyway. I've still reduced my mobile phone contract though in order to save some pennies lol.

Baby number 3 for you? How exciting, is there much of a gap between them?

Can you ladies ever tell what part of baby is what in your tummy??

I have felt a LOT of stretching/poking tonight and when I've been pushing my stomach, have felt little hard bits which hasn't happened before!

The thing is, I just can't figure out what is what! Is baby head down at this point or head at the top? Is it even possible for them to be lying side to side, as sometimes I think that's what bub is doing?

    I'm 27 weeks tomorrow x

  • hieveryone no i cant tell at all, yes they can be sideways. I get boney bits sticking out of my belly, i love it :)

mrshaworth dd is 10 next week  and ds is just 2. Theres a big gap because me and dd's dad split when she was a baby. This is my last now! The house would burst otherwise i think!!

I cant downgrade my phone contract until March, and dh is the same. Also ive got a loan finishing in April. I want to get rid of sky but dh & dd are having none of it at the moment!!
I get statutory pay while im off, and usually earn more than dh. It would makemore sense for him to take the time off tbh, i think he'd find it really tough, and his boobs dont work :rotfl:
Still here..... but working on that!
  • There are 8 years between me and my sister and brother for the same reason as yourself. It's not noticeable now we are all grown up and me and my sister are close.

I don't know what bits are what when they are sticking out, I like to think I do but I know I have no clue haha.
