Oh hope you and bub are ok!

OH is away for 3 weeks at a time, this is our first... as well as him missing out on all the little things, I miss out on having someone go and make me a cuppa!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.

Lucky you! :) I am too fussy for anyone else to choose things for me :rotfl::rotfl:

Well if I don't like it I can always sell it on. I still have my Pink Lining bag from DS, so will probably use that anyway :)

Sorry to hear about the accident littleskintdragon, that must have been scary. Glad you are OK.

I am in the middle of doing my GTT and someone has messed up :( I had the first lot of bloods done at 8.45 by a young man who advised me I shouldn't drink the whole bottle of Polycal as my MW advised. He said I only need 113ml of the 200ml bottle, and I can dilute it with water.
So I have noway of accurately measuring this out, so have poured all in a large glass, topped with water, and left about a quarter in the bottom.
My MW said to drink it all as its a prepared drink? But when I have looked on the NHS site everyone says 113ml.

It's too much confusion for a pregnant woman

My SPD has really kicked in now, and I am so sore. I have put my maternity leave date down as 20th November, but it if it continues like this, it is more likely 20th October :(

Thank u diamond orchid. Ive never had a gtt so havent got a clue sorry. And ouch on the spd, never had it but it looks mega painful so i really feel for. Pregnancy is enough of a witch without suffering!

Ive got a pink lining bag too, which i love, but had a cath kidston email the other day and the bags were so pretty!

I'm having lots of tightenings today, bit annoying. Hopefully they wont last!! Theyre a little bit painful too.
Still here..... but working on that!

    Hello everyone!

I'm coming to join you. I'm 24+2 today.

Feels like a bit of milestone, at least now, if something went wrong medical professionals would intervene.

I'm doing ok, very tired but I think that's the pregnancy insomnia - I wake up between 2 and 5am every day and take aaaages to get back to sleep, the other day I didn't get back to sleep and was sooo tired for work!

I've got a scan for placenta previa on 19th November, hopefully things will have moved by then by no worries if not, I'd rather have a planned section than an emergency one!

Got most stuff now. Just bought a job lot of nappies on ebay yesterday so that's bums sorted...only a few things left to buy - cot mattress an stuff for my hospital bag/ post birth. Eeek.
