Hello all,
Big congratulations to all the recent babies
37 weeks and a bit now and 3rd on the list, eek! still have lots to sort out, as just moved house but at least have finished work now and tbh I think this bump is big enough already, getting heavier by the day! feeling quite tired but not managing to sleep much at nights lol.

Hi ladies, I've been lurking for a while but figure now I'm 24 weeks it's probably time to introduce myself. I'm pregnant with my second little boy, my eldest is 2.5 years old. I'm due 5th September and had an awful time with HG which seems to have magically disappeared (fingers crossed).

Hi bghatter and twinklie!

I agree time does seem to be going quick. Finally got carseat and travel system etc out of loft . Is still in pretty good condition, just needs a little clean up.

How are we all?

Enjoyed my first proper day of maternity leave yesterday. Dropped DD at nursery and washed carseat cover and some of the bits of pushchair. Also did some dusting and hoovering and in between did some watching of netflix!

Popping into town today. Need to get measured for nursing bras and do a couple of other things.

I've had to go to the doctor's as I've started itching my hands, feet and back of my knees. In places I've scratched so much I've made them bleed and sleep was damn near impossible as it got worse at night. I've got a massive pump bottle of cream and a liquid to put in the bath.
The doc has ordered me to have a blood test to check my liver so I'm doing that before I go to work.

Had our first antenatal classes on Sunday- we got to look around the hospital unit. I'm glad we did because I thought I wanted a water birth- after seeing the birthing pool room I've changed my mind!!!

Possibly TMI but I've had bloody show and I'm now cramping with back ache. Hoping that it is the sign something is happening although I know it could still be a way off.

Why did it make you change your mind Nattykins? I wanted a water birth first time but wasn't to be.
