hope you're ok SewIt after your tumble.

I've now progressed from breathlessness to also having a sore throat :( not sure if there's anything I can take for it. I tend to have a history of a cold starting in my throat then going to my sinus's and becoming a cough so I really hope I can stop it now, don't fancy a cold whilst in labour.

I've not been tested for iron levels since wk 28, I do have to take iron tablets anyway so I'm making more of an effort to remember to take them religiously. I just hate their side effect :(

    Hope everyone else is well.
  • Lemon Tree, I've developed a cold this past weekend but it's only affecting me at night and in the morning. I didn't get the usual sore throat beforehand which is strange. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks everyone, I'm ok just very sore! Went to work this morning but came home at lunch to rest up as I didn't sleep great last night. Was worried baby's movements had slowed down so wanted to concentrate on that. Think we're ok though as I've been getting lots in the past hour or so.

    Congrats any name!

Eekk, into the teens now and there are probably a few more to come off the list.

Hope everyone is doing ok xxx

any name will suffice congrats! glad all is well, I like the name too.

sewit - hope you're ok and your knee isn't too sore

lemontree and Mrs..C hope you're ok too, hopefully it will just be a little cold and not turn into anything major

Everyone else I hope you're all doing well, are healthy and happy

I had my 28 growth scan today (although I'm 29+2 due to a mix up with appointments bit late)

Baby is extended breech! Had the most loveliest sonographer, always such a nice thing and she took some brilliant photos. We could see the baby's face so clearly and in the other photo the wee girl has her arm above her head like she's kissing her bicep. :rotfl:

No-one seemed too concerned about the breech thing however, they say there is still time and room to move about... measurements were HC 258mm, A/C 246mm and FL 54mm.. again think all ok?

    Congratulations Anyname :j:j

    Glad you are ok SewIt

View glad scan went well. I've heard they can move at time so I'm sure still plenty of time.

Nothing eventful here. Just more Braxton Hicks and some shooting pains in the lady bit which isn't fun but I've got all the washing done so I'm ready if she does come early
  • SewIt hope you are doing well now and hope that the soreness has reduced a bit now.

Lemon tree - hope that you don't develop a cold I had a cold at 16 weeks it was very bad could not take any medication very difficult.

View - glad the scan went well

Afm - thanks who ever posted the offer I bought two packs of size 1 and size 2 nappies 74 packs 4 for around £22 from amazon. Just came to 9p per nappy very pleased.

I am having lots of flutters and few movements now a days very happy about that as I started feeling these movements very late. Got my 25 week midwife appt this Friday. What can I expect ladies? Did not have a midwife appt after first booking in appt as I was seeing consultant at 12,16 and 20 weeks. Looking forward to hear the heart beat again.

I have had a sore throat for a weekish. I thought mine was acid reflux?

Laila I have started with some shooting/internal groin pain for about 10 days now.

view - my mw said her own 3rd child turned from breech at 38 weeks!

sewit - glad you are essentially ok if sore.
