Daisie I've had a resurgence of Trimester 1 symptoms now too. Nothing like yours but lots more nausea and also heartburn.

Seems like the 'golden' second trimester is coming to a close.

On a positive note I have had a whole lot of sneezing today (god knows why) and my pelvic floor is a ROCK. I don't think it was this good before I was pregnant. And I crediting some of those exercises with my cervix staying nice and stable too - despite expectations that it would continue to shorten.

The reminders in the lists have been great!

We use Asda Sensitive washing powder. Bizarrely, Tesco's sensitive one gave DS eczema when we used it, so I think it may just be a case of try some and see!

Just managed an afternoon nap, as I'm off work today and my Dad took DS off to the park. Still feeling exhausted, but i think a lot of that is because I had a bad night last night, woke at midnight and took ages to get back to sleep. With a toddler there's no such thing as a lie-in either. Going to have to tell our friends that we won't be joining them at a ceilidh tonight though

I think my pelvic floor has improved since it was added to the list too. I sneezed without crossing my legs yesterday. Was so proud of myself! Lol. Helps that I lurk on the other boards and it's on them too.

Just been to boots to get px- no iron liquid until Monday. Will have to double up on spatone until then I think. Also for the English ladies- if you have heartburn or constipation and your mat px exemption card most big chemists can give you gaviscon/ lactulose without a px on production of your card. The scheme is called 'care of the chemist'.

Just updating my EDD- realised it was a day out.

Apologies for my absence, happy to announce that Aria Elaine was born at 00.39 on Monday 23rd June weighing in at 6lb 10oz. It was an eventful labour and birth !(induction, distressed baby and eventually a c section under general anaesthetic) but we are both doing well and breastfeeding is going great
