Hope the BD worked Mary!! Bringing on labour is the exact reason I've been denying OH it, and my parents have gone to Kefalonia for a week today so until they come back I'm doing nothing that could bring on labour, old wives tale or not!

Have been up an hour - washing in, pots done, downstairs tidy, OH still asleep in his pit! He probably won't get up til about 20 minutes before his dad is due to come round despite me going on last night about how stuff needs doing before they get here... men eh?

We are going to get the last few things we need for little HB today, must resist buying more cute clothes! Have a good weekend everyone xx

sunshine no it didn't work I'm still "leaking", but that's it. No contractions, my back hurts, but not in the labour way, just the usual pregnant way lol.

I'm very fed up. I managed to get some sleep, woke up around 3am, had some porridge and did some revision then kind of dozed until 9ish. I just don't understand why everything kicked off only to go so quiet again, I really thought I would have given birth yesterday.

hello and welcome Bluebell! hope things are going well so far!

I am now a whopping ten days overdue, I resemble a whale. BD has had no effect, nor walking round a shopping centre all day. I've just had a prawn masala, am planning to have a tin of pineapple and I may let my husband have a poke if that doesn't work!

I just want her to come out - I apparently went into labour on thursday night and it's now saturday night! :eek:

It's like Yodel are delivering her instead of the stork!
