Firey - Ive had iron tablets on 2 previous pregnancies with no issues, like you say down the hatch! But this time - no way!

sophiasmum - I am hopeful she won't be too big. I do have quite a bump but its all out front if that makes sense. Glad your getting your badg ready - I keep looking at mine sat in the corner!

fireyfirenze - I hope your last night shift went well. I feel like I am on a night shift and day shift at the moment, I need the toilet ALL the time.

neverdespairgirl - My Mum got all my clothes out the loft and some are really stunning little dresses and were ok so were washed and I hope will be worn. One suit I have a picture of me in with my late Dad so would be nice to put my little girl in it with my OH.

Lara44 - Hope all your Uni work is now complete and you can put your feet up, I am still trundling on!

Yup I didn't get mine til 37 weeks cos I kept forgetting but it protects the baby til they get their own jab.

I love hand-me-downs, especially of the handmade variety. My mum has given me a blanket that was crocheted by a friend when I was born. Both myself and my sister came home from the hospital in it and I love the thought that my LO will be coming home from the hospital in it as well.

Been to get measured for my nursing bras. At the weekend I went to Debenhams and when she told me my size (38D) and gave me a bra to try on I nearly cried (I partly blamed the hormones). It look terrible, was ill fitted and when I put a top on over the top it look like I had long stretched sausage like boobs going across my chest. I flat out refused to take any of the bras she got me. This morning I went to Mothercare (figured they must measure on a daily basis) and the lady gave me a much better fit (34G). A lot more in line with every other bra I have ever owned! My boobs actually look like boobs. Will happily wear these bras.

Wow 34G! I have found a lot of the bras horrid - make you look all 'pointy' if that makes sense?

What were the Mothercare prices like?
