sunshine81 - we haven't DTD for ages because OH doesn't like it when he feels baby move then. My lady bits are 'full' too. I feel like I am always on the toilet as well!
    l!

Sorry to delurk AGAIN but...this has horrified me....do you mean, he feels it moving on the outside with his hand or something or....from the inside with his thing?! If it is the latter then my husband definitely won't like that either... Eek! That has really scared me! :o I am only 15 weeks and have not felt movement yet but the idea of him feeling it during sex feels really weird for some reason...:o

In certain positions OH said he felt vibrations from inside and combined with feeling movement when he had his arms round me.

Fear not. I am not gutted we haven't done it for a while. It would involve getting in positions that would be very uncomfortable. I can't even paint my toe nails!

I am only 15 weeks and not particularly huge yet but already we aren't doing much of it....apparently he is worried the baby can hear it?! Men are so strange...

Haven't heard that one! I'm very tired so even thinking about DTD makes me yawn! I remember being tired up to 12 weeks and it wearing off. But it's back for the last few weeks I think. Feels like only yesterday I was on the less than 12 week thread, with the fears, apprehension, excitement and worries!

VickyVics - Is your hospital bag packed?

I think it just about is. There just seems to be so much stuff although I am sure I have forgotten something. I was unsure how many nappies and nipple pads to take with me but figured DH could go and pick extra up if needed. When my mum saw it she laughed and said it looked like I was going for a month :rotfl: !!! Have you packed your bag yet?

I wouldn't say my daughters are apprehensive about the new baby - I would say excited! Although its taken much too long for their liking. They have so many plans for what they are going to do with the baby -think they think a 2 year old is going to pop out :)
Hospital bag??? Must get a move on!!

I am nearly done. I have a few bits to get at the weekend. Mine will all fit in a sports bag, not the back pack type if you know what I mean.

You will be top ten soon eeeekkkk!

Do you think it's another girl? My son has plans but more that he wants to help with bathing her and playing with her. Think he will be disappointed if she is just sleeping for a the first few days he will want her to do something. Bless him. It's a big change as he is nearly ten and I had him really young so I only remember school on my own nothing after that, he was here! It's like I have grown up having him. He does ask me questions which make me feel he is apprehensive.

How are you feeling about the redundancy now? Are you ok?

yes, sophiasmum is definetly having another girl!

laura congrats on the arrive of baby Sophia :) I hope she's settling in well xx

samtoby I hope your uni work goes well, it makes such a difference to have the peace and quiet to sit down and concentrate, when are your exams?

I am making the finishing amendments to my client care coursework to be resubmitted - the whole thing failed for grammar "issues" such as referring to types of court orders with capital letters, even though they do have capital letters on the actual orders! It's absolutely stupid! I've got my exam dates through too - 10th and 13th June!

    ndg how's the eye? x
  • Congratulations, Laura!

I feel like the local guesthouse for bacteria, all visitors welcome. My eye's still very sore, I think it's on the mend, but I still look punched. And now I have cystitis as well. GP for me tomorrow, I think.

I've been in court 4 days this week, too - all fairly close to home, but I'm tired, now.

OH is doing the London marathon on Sunday, and then taking Isaac to Israel for Passover on the SUnday night flight. I'm only in court one day next week, then spending a few days with my parents, doing absolutely sod all, if I can manage it.
