I've been lucky for most of the pregnancy, but having got to 39 weeks everyone is suddenly full of 'advice' and comments. It's doing my head in!

Just had the worst pains. Was doubled over and in tears.
Knew it was trapped wind but it still bloody hurt.
And peppermint tea tastes like pond water.
I’m rocking the maternity I don’t care that I look like crap look today in my oversized jogging bottoms that I would usually never wear outside of the house.

I’m not telling folk til Christmas as I can’t be bothered with all the comments. Told about a dozen well trusted friend/ work but not telling most for a while yet. Think it will be like being on a chuffing gameshow

If I'm not going out and nobody coming over I've been spending all day in my pyjamas....

Midwife has been today to discuss birth plan and growth scans are looking good. Feeling almost ready for him or her to make an appearance!
37+3 so should be at some point in the next month anyway

I'm doing ok. Sciatica is starting to play up a bit and I am permanently exhausted but not sleeping well! Yay. But more than half way now and only 8 weeks 3 days left of work! Though I actually really enjoy my job. But it also means 8 weeks until my house is finished before baby comes and 9 weeks until Christmas!

Got my final antenatal class this afternoon.
Just put a load of baby clothes into the wash. I know I still have nine weeks but I’m getting too excited. There may have been a few squeals when I was doing it. They’re all just so tiny and cute.
Thinking of booking into a baby and child first aid course I’ve seen today.

So my due date has come... and nearly gone. No signs of him leaving!

31 weeks today. Feeling huge. My hands and feet are so swollen by the end of work.
Got a feeling baby has turned upside down today as I’ve had his head wedged under my ribs recently which had been really uncomfortable but I can’t feel his head there this afternoon.
Hope everyone is ok.
