Argh, coming up too small to read.
Fish below line (indicating high mercury): canned tuna, grouper, orange roughy, king mackerel, shark, tilefish, halibut, sushi grade tuna, swordfish
Fish above the line: snapper, sydney rock oysters, flounder, catfish, pollock, cod, mackerel, herring, sardines, salmon
Hope that helps a little. Can't be bothered to do the omega but you're on holiday so hope the above/below line is enough.
Hope you are having a great time.Met DH to be 2010

Congratulations Purcy!
Yes, the second date on there is your scan date
I've just been approved to go to a conference in Spain when I'll be 28 weeks. Eek, a bit scary, but I should look pg enough by then to get a decent Ryanair seat... if there is such a thing0 -
Yay, we got our downs test results back and they are 1:4,400 so low. I was happy until I stupidly googled to find out other peoples and saw they had 1:17,000 and 1:100,000 and had to make sure I read the number of zeros right. Note to self: be happy with the results as you do not have reason to worry about them.
Oh my goodness, we're actually going to have baby!
No vomiting this morning. But I did stuff my face to try and not be sick.
Now I need to write a couple of announcement messages. In work I'm thinking of sending a scan picture to the team saying 'The newest member of the team'.
Long-term TTC ladies - how would you handle FB? We've not been public with our TTC problems or IVF treatment. I want to do it sensitively so I don't hurt others going through the same problems. As for close friends - I'm going to tell those about the treatment who don't know already.
Lilmiss, how did your friend respond to your message?
Yay purcy, you're having a pink one.
Teacake, put you feet up and gave a well deserved rest.
T2D, I would not worry about the weight loss at the moment. As you say, you weren't eating for a couple of days.

Lilmiss, how did your friend respond to your message?
So I sent the carefully crafted message and I did it in the middle of a spate of group email going round (re-titled it show it was difference). There was a silence for an hour and then sent a lovely congrats email. That much I was confident on. I suppose what I'm still not sure how she feels but if she chooses to feel something and not share that is entirely her right (not to mention over interpreting normal behaviour on my part).
I since saw her at the lunch on Sunday I was frantically counting chairs for when we were announcing to my friends generally. She bought me a LOVELY handbag (which by the way matches with the Sophia shoes someone recommended for the wedding I have in August - bring on those external trappings to help me feel good inside!) She seemed much the same as usual and I hope she is.
Oh good, facts and figures. I get sucked in the exact same way, over-analysing them. My mother's friend's daughter was told throughout a pregnancy there was something seriously wrong (forget now, but along the lines of heart problems, serious operations, never live a normal life) and so the little mite has not required a jot of intervention for any kind of condition and heading off to pre-school quite happily. I just wish there was a way of fast forwarding to know that it ends happily and safe. However, I think that I can never go fast enough forward because surely even if i am on my deathbed, having gone past 100, I'll still be worrying about them.
Daisiegg - if your prophecy re being an old lady alone pans out, do you want to start an MSE nursing home!?Met DH to be 2010
