There is a thing about classes in my notes but i would check with your midwife. I did a day class and hospital tour last time and a breastfeeding workshop. Going to go to the vbac one this time. We are told to book between 16-20 weeks.0

Well I've only gone and fell over again!
This time I was just leaving work so it was in front of loads of my colleagues, which made it embarrassing as well as worrying.
It wasn't as bad a fall as my earlier one but I am just as shook up as I don't feel I was taking any risks, so I feel a bit out of control of myself.
To top things off, DH and I have had a row over it. He was obviously worried but his gut reaction to bad news is quite negative and when I told him about the fall he sort of chastised me rather than comforted me. I know it was his way of dealing with the worry but when I told him that I would like sympathy and not a lecture we ended up in a row and both got upset
I have felt movements this evening but also have a bit of pressure quite low down in my uterus which is concerning me, however I know it's probably natural to over analyse everything following a fall and I don't want to panic. I'll see if it settles down in the next hour or not.0 -
Hope you're feeling better Danielley, be sure to give your midwife/ hospital a ring if you're still sore or at all worried.
I've got round 2 of my 20 week scan today (21+6) hoping they can get a clear view of everything today so I can relax a bit. On the report in my notes from last time it said incomplete scan due to resolution, ....read high BMI can't see everything clearly, which is fine, was the same at my 12 week scan, but not when I had a private one at 15 weeks. Guess they must just have better equipment! I work in the hospital do only have to ho along to the department but hubby is taking a couple of hours off work to come with me again.
Can't help but worry about these things but hopefully by lunchtime I'll be reassured all is well.0 -
Good luck for the scan Princess!

All the best for your scans today Princess Kate and georgie!! Hope your little beans co-operate!
Aw Danielley, that sucks! Hope you are feeling better and everything is ok.
Hope everyone else is ok.Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock0 -
danielley, any time you're concerned, go ahead and call the midwives, don't wait. More than likely everything is fine, especially as you've felt movement and you've probably just over stretched some ligaments, but it never hurts to give them a ring just to check. That's what they are there for after all!
I also write anything that happens like that into my notes, that way my midwife can keep up with things as well as the ones that help out when I call in. Hope that the soreness dissipates soon!

Hi Danielley, sorry to hear you fell over again
how are you feeling now? Did you get checking out? I'd guess you just jolted yourself a bit when you fell but best to get checked out to be sure! Are you wearing heals or flats? If it's heals might be time to 'downsize'!
Kate - hope your rescan goes well today and they get a good look at your little one! Must be really convenient to work in the same hospital!0 -
Scan was fine, saw the last 3 things on the list, did involve me lying on my side & getting prodded quite a bit but that doesn't matter, as long as they get to see everything they need to. Such a relief to know it's all looking good, baby kept moving & lying the wrong way, cheeky monkey!0
