I think you can register online for bounty too. I got my pack at asda and it had lots of great stuff in it.i got my emma's diary one at boots and it had some good stuff, best bit was the Johnson's baby stuff.

Haven't even thought to get nappies yet. Was thinking of stocking up on things like washing power/conditioner and fairy etc on a full time wage. For those that are on their second, is this a good idea? X

Yeah we did this so much so nearly 4yrs on I am on last box!!! Brought lots persil non bio 50wash for£5 if I remember right!!

P.s - 10-12 nappies a day, oh my goodness, will need to get loads! Are the aldi ones good as I got the vouchers for them too?

That's a rough estimate every feed initially it soon reduces down to about 6 a day.

Aldi nappies are great I do some maternity night nanny work and recommend to all mums last lot twins I worked with one was very poopy at night so we used pampers at night as found her squirty poops leaked out of aldi at night!!

Yes, I'm definitely feeling movements now. Although it's not the gentle fluttering some are getting - it's actually a little painful at times!

That's lovely that you're feeling things already! I still haven't, I think, felt anything 'proper'. Guess the little acrobat is just limbering up for the real deal ! :rotfl:

  • Hello, adding myself to the list. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant with TWINS  due on the 3rd of December, but my midwife said I'll probably go before then if I'm not induced at 37 weeks. I'm seeing my consultant and having my 20 week scan on the 10th so I'll know more then, but I won't know for sure when or how my babies will be delivered until much closer to the time, because so much can change with twins! I already have 2 children, Daughter aged 7 and son aged 5.

I'm going to have a read through the thread now!

  • Woo, just need to add that I got my nifty test results back today, low risk! My NT screening came back high for my age, midwife seems to think it was due to carrying twins, and it being less accurate because of hormone levels. I was so stressed out about it so I decided to go to thisismy screening center in manchester and have the nifty test (similar to harmony). They did an anomaly scan on the twins and everything was great, no markers and they are growing well, but I still couldn't relax until I got my blood results back.

So happy now, I'm not even going to let my indigestion get me down......wheres that gaviscon though :p
