funnily enough I'd only been given the iron tablet advice on Monday evening and I read exactly the same here at the same time. I've got OH to get me some fruit juice, hope it doesn't matter that it's exotic not orange but he's not great at following instructions. I've been on iron tablets for 2 years now so am frustrated that no one has ever told me this before. May help explain why neither the tablets nor the B12 jab every 3 months have actually given me the feeling of having any energy.

Before I found out, I used to have an iron tablet and a vitamin D with a very strong coffee over breakfast cereal and milk! talk about completely null and voiding it all...! wasted about 6 months worth of tablets :rotfl:

exotic fine. Best is also try to get a much iron from preg safe foods too like Red meat, poultry, and fish. Stay away from liver tho whilst pg.... urrrg yick anyway!

Morning. It's scan day for us. I feel physically sick with worry.
    I've never been so scared.
I can't help thinking that I've come this far and something must be wrong. That's probably really irrational but I can't help how I feel.
