Was the 12 week bounty pack the envelope/folder with all the leaflets in?0
-
Thanks for the info' I'm seeing MW next week I'm going to ask her. I am not a big exercise bunny but when I was working I was running around on my feet 12 hours a day so I'm conscious now I'm sat on my bum most of the day!0

Yep, wasn't impressed with that one, got a nice card frame for my scan photo in that one tho. I replaced the 12 week picture with the 20 week one last week.0 -
I googled pregnancy yoga Monty and found mine that way. £48 for an 8wk block of 60min classes. Involves quite gentle stretching/yoga, some yoga birth breathing, relaxation time and home made cake at the end!.... The cake was unexpected but a nice surprise the first week!
Other than that going to try to get out walking - someone I've met at yoga suggested we could go together so hope to get out when weather is nice.Baby on board - EDD 29th Sept0 -

Can just imagine the carp I'd get for that in work! I think it would make life quite difficult for me if I tried to get there during work hours (for something that isn't a hospital/ midwife appointment). Still, thought it might be useful for you to know if you're more able to leave your work.
Looks like I'll have to pay for my antenatal exercise stuff instead which is a pita cos money is tight!
I've found one yoga class in South Liverpool but their new term has just started (it's a 6 week programme) so I'll have to wait until the next one. I definitely have to start doing more exercise though before my bum turns completely square!Have joined lifestyles on the pool membership only but haven't gone at all yet- haven't even picked up my membership card which is shocking seeing as I could spit and hit the side of the sports centre from my house! Lazy pie.
Omg Tcod we are the same person! I also messaged them on FB asking the same thing and they said no, but we can do you a letter to give to work so you can have time off. I work in manc - so messaged them back saying no way would work be impressed with that!
However this convo showed up on my friends' newsfeed and outed me as preggo to all and sundry so had to delete it!
Monty - nhs advice is to stay away from cat litter AND cat sick so you have a valid reason to make your OH clean it up!
Good luck credit xxx0 -
I didn't get anything at all in my bounty folder, just leaflets
I knew about the cat litter, not the sick though!
I'm off to Worcester for a few days tomorrow to see my friend. I can't wait! I'm taking the puppy to keep me company on the long journey0 -
How frustrating. It's also against my works policy to give time off for exercise classes.
Oops, I forgot to do any exercise again.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

I'm also intending to go swimming at lifestyles - can also see the sports centre from our house. I swear we are twins tcod.
I say intending because I've been intending for a no of weeks now to do any exercise but have do far only managed a couple of YouTube videos0 -
I'm not even pretending to exercise, and the doctors keep giving me excuses. Can't swim (infection risk with short cervix), no vigorous exercise (due to pressure on short cervix), no long walks (current hip problem).
Only following doctors orders!0 -
Peonie, I don't think your work can refuse you if you want to go regardless of their policy- their policy doesn't overrule the legal entitlements. https://www.gov.uk/working-when-pregnant-your-rights
Wtdn, maybe we are twins- I always wanted a sister! Lol. I'm off until the 19th May. I have NO excuse not to go swimming at least 3 times between now and then (other than I'm a lazy pie...). T2D I'm wishing I had doctors orders to follow- maybe I can make some up...a diagnosis of severe lazyitis sounds appealing (and would almost certainly exempt me from the stress of having to make up convoluted reasons why I haven't walked the 150 metres to the sports centre...)
I think I'm nearly sorted baby stuff wise which is somewhat alarming as I'm usually the worlds biggest procrastinator and will happily leave everything until it's too late. I think I have three major purchases left to make- an isofix base (snooze, they're not fun to buy...), moses and cot mattresses and a baby monitor. I barely know who I am!0
