Monty that's terrible. How would she have liked to have been told the same because she obviously can't afford her 4th, or have he/she adopted.

What's the other thread you are talking about. I feel like I'm missing out :(

Daisie, phew. Thank goodness little one is well.

We're picking up our cot bed on Thursday. We got it off eBay second hand for £80. New it cost £400 - woohoo. We still have to buy a new mattress.

Daisie.....so glad everything is ok, you take care of yourself now.

Monty.....she's a money grabbing so and so by the sound of it. We have one like that too who conveniently forgets to pay up when she says she will pay half of the vets bill or hubby has to buy new trousers/trainers etc when he is in town as it saves her going and says she will pay when he gets back and then never does. She tells everyone she only gets X for housing benefit when she actually gets Y and that hubby only gives her half the amount he does. She's told so many lies to cover for her lies that she constantly trips herself up too, it's hilarious! I'm past the angry, crying, screaming bit about her, she can get on with being the sad pathetic individual that she is!

Peonie, try Kiddicare.com for the cotbed mattress, that's where we got ours from for £25 half price (spend over £29.99 for free delivery and don't forget quidco too). It had over 1700 reviews and 4.5 stars, not to be sniffed at that I'd say!

Anyway, a conversation at work today made me realise that I've not had any strange cravings. I've gone off some foods and been eating more of others but nothing out of the ordinary. Any of you had anything weird and wonderful?

Glad to know I'm not alone. It was the termination comment that made my blood boil.

Anyway my oh just took me out for a curry and I'm now stuffed in bed. Couldn't eat it all so I've a takeaway for tomorrow :)

I know I said now I have a reason for the blood I would not worry...but it is still horrid waking up and seeing blood! :( makes me irrational and I immediately start thinking ' well I know baby was ok at 11.30am yesterday but I don't know he's ok now'! Stupid. They told me I might get more and only to go back if it is heavy, which it is not. But still. I wish I had a personal ultrasound suite so I could check on baby every time I see blood!

Sorry to freak you out, time2deal. I suppose some comfort can be found in the fact that my situation signals that not all late bleeding indicates doom. What is probably less comforting is how much of a fuss I am making! Sorry :o

As for cravings, I haven't had any either! I am quite disappointed. Sometimes I 'crave' ALL THE FOOD RIGHT NOW but I think that is not the same thing!

Oh daisy, I didn't mean to make you feel bad! Please post away, we are all here to support each other.

And yes it is actually helpful in a way, as if I see blood I will know not to panic immediately. I'm sure it's very stressful now for you though. Sending hugs.

17 weeks today and still no real belly!! Where are you belly?!? Although I've seen a few pictures on the big thread of ladies in the late 30 weeks and I'm amazed at the size we will all get to. How does a body stretch that much...
