Hi all, so sorry for your losses TamVilla80 and Selina. Have been awol from the thread for a few months as wasn't coping very well with things, lots of friends due dates plus having yet another birthday and Christmas was tougher than I had expected. I will be posted more regularly now as OH and I have agreed to start the IVF process in Feb.
I offered to take over the lists before disappearing so sorry for my total failure to keep up with that! I have tried to update as best I can and will add to the next post, apologies if I have anything wrong or out of date. If anyone would like to be included who is not, just let me know (I haven't added anyone automatically).Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
Hi, well i'll be posting on here more now.
Currently feel like we aren't getting anywhere, but hopefully things will start moving forward in the next couple of months.
Oh has his tests booked in towards the end of Feb, and the gp said she will then refer us once he has had this, but I need to see her about something else so may ask if she can refer us now as the waiting list for that Will be a few months. I had my blood test a few ago so need to get the results for that too!!
Little bit about me, I'm 32 and have been ttc1 since September 2013. Have pcos. Did manage to get pregnant after 14 months of trying but my 12 week scan showed a mmc at about 10 weeks and that was one year ago now so we've been trying unsuccessfully ever since (although the first few months after the mmc were ntnp).0 -

Hi. I hope you don't mind me posting my update. So after my last post on 2nd Jan I am surprised but slightly apprehensive and very nervous but I got my bfp on Thursday, and 6 tests later I'm still getting a bfp!!
It seems like just as we accept it isn't going to happen naturally and tests for oh start to approach and I started posting on here as we have been trying for so long I get a bfp as this is what happened last time too.
After two and a bit years of trying and one mmc I am so desperate for this to be a sticky bean but am trying not to get my hopes up too much.
I really hope that you all get your bfps soon too.x0 -
Congratulations ThinkPink! I really hope this is the one for you
AFM we saw the Dr yesterday who explained DH's results a bit more clearly. One of the levels was 1% outside the normal range so we're going to repeat it in 3 months. Other than improving our diet with more fruit and veg is there anything else we should be eating or not eating?
She's also going to refer me to the endo clinic because the pain has been getting steadily worse. While I know this is a step in the right direction, I'm still so scared of having another lap.
Other than that I'm just trying not to focus or stress too much about things. I've stopped temping for now and we're just trying to dtd 3 times a week as per the guidelines. I do feel a bit better about things. I had one slip up when I started googling and reading forum posts (not this one!) etc and it really depressed me.
Just going to try to keep my mind off things and keep going one step at a time."It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. It is in fact true. It's called living." Terry PratchettBought our house 2012Married 2015

THINKPINK!!! I am so so happy for you and keeping fingers x for a happy and healthy ever after.xxx
Hi Lljaneyr - well done for not temping etc.. I deleted my app etc for a couple of months and it is helpful...saying that I have been looking at lots of forums too so I obviously didn't really try and not think about it! I guess it depends on which levels need to improve? You can get all sorts of vitamins esp for fertility for men too, might be worth a look?
AFM, we had another blow yesterday...my AMH results came back at 6.3... they would expect to see an AMH of 20 at my ageSo my ovarian reserve is massively below where it should be - it is at the low end of someone aged 35-39 - I am 31! The lap and dye is still next step but looks like IVF will be biggest hope xxx

Afternoon ladies!
ThinkPink huge congratulations :j wishing you a happy, healthy pregnancy
ljaneyr - Just try to follow a healthy diet really, I was told to up my protein a bit and make sure you're taking folic acid (if you aren't doing so already). I also think you've done the right thing by stepping away from all of the tracking, I think it has the opposite affect sometimes, it got me all stressed when I was doing it and became too clinicial
ellesbelles - Sorry about your resultsbut at least now you know and can look at what options you have. I know that when we found out our results it was a shock but at least we knew there was something wrong which explained why things weren't happening
As for me I've done my first Buserelin injection this morning and I'm booked in for a scan on the 22nd to see whether everything is switched off or if I need to continue the DR a bit longer.New House... New Mortgage! February 2017: £144,000

ellesbelles - sorry to hear about those results. It must be a huge shock. Have you spoken to a specialist about it yet or just got the results? I've found that my Dr, although lovely, doesn't have a clue about fertility related test results!
Chocoholic - wishing you all the best of luck for this cycle.
Think I may have to google SA results. I can't remember the specifics except that the normal range for 'normal' sperm is anything from 5 to 95%. DH has 4% which doesn't sound great!
We are already taking vitamins and are trying to eat our 5 a day. Maybe I should look into protein as I'm veggie."It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. It is in fact true. It's called living." Terry PratchettBought our house 2012Married 2015
