tea, PM, SewIt, RG, Fairy (and everyone else) - thank you all for your positive thoughts, I feel a bit better today (one of the girls at work who's had IVF before has been very kindly distracting the pregnancy conversations!).
It's like some kind of vicious circle - you think negative thoughts, then you realise you shouldn't be doing that in case it doesn't implant and then you end up feeling bad because you were feeling bad! It's completely stupid I know
