    Congrats SewIt :j

I am still waiting for AF to arrive so can start short protocol - hurry up AF!!!! so frustrating - I am guessing a little stressed causing it to be a few days later.
  • Thanks ladies, to be honest we kind of expected it though. I dont know how his results compare to what is "normal", so maybe they aren't as bad as they seem, but when you're told anything about 85% is abnormal and his was 98% you do think hmmm thats not right then!

Chocoholic - sorry to hear about DH results, but some on here have had great success getting their DH's results up. Was it you Fairy or you Frozen?

How are both the PUPO ladies doing?

Big Momma - sorry AF turned up, but at least she did in the end!

Star - AF never shows up when you want her too!

Vesper - glad you feel better. Despite people's best intentions, it can hurt when casual references are made to babies etc. Or when people hand you a baby and say 'looks good on you' or 'it'll be you next'!

AFM - not managed another test yet! I'm quite happy in my wee bubble at the moment and don't want to change that yet. Am thinking I might test again at the weekend. Feeling very bloated and bagged up though. (TMI sorry!)

Huge congrats Sewit. So pleased for you. X
  • SewIt Has the news sunk in yet for you? :) I think it was Frozen whose partner's SA improved?

Chocoholic Unless there is a medical reason for the low sperm count, a change in diet, lifestyle & supplements can help improve sperm analysis :)

Frozen Hope you are doing well?

BigMomma at least AF is here now & hopefully will stop messing you about next cycle :)

Hope everyone else is doing ok too & hugs for those that need them xx

AFM no more cramping/spotting until yesterday tea time when there was a small brown streak on the toilet paper. I woke up at 230am with really bad stomach cramps (I would be due my period today) so expected it to have started but there was only a couple of pink spots when I wiped. Didn't get to sleep until after 5am as was upset as I don't think it has worked this time either. A little bit of brown again on toilet paper after I got up & now a little bit more. I think the progesterone is keeping the bleeding away :(! Not cramping that much, just a couple of times today but not anywhere as bad as this morning. Xx

I'm going to try and get a blood test test week, I'm so tired all the time plus very dizzy and breathless.
  • Well there are health complications for us and we don't know if they are the reason behind it or not ( its all a bit complicated! ) they never said anything about being able to improve the results naturally though. But to be fair DH drinks very little and eats relatively healthy ( no processed food ), exercise is impossible for him though. Will look into getting him vitamins though :)

Part mouse that doesn't sound fun, hope you feel better soon

Thanks for all the advice and positivity ladies, its appreciated
