  • That is wicked Tea, very impressed!

Hope everyone is well. Been pretty quiet recently as the pup is keeping us very busy. Just let her on the sofa while hubby is at work so I could drink my hot chocolate in peace, lol. Would post a pic but I'm not sure how to do it?!

Having a pup is the best thing we have done, it's really taken our mind of ttc and that's both a good and bad thing. Haven't temp'd since the day we got her because I'm getting up earlier and we are trying to be quiet once we settle her at night so that's scuppered other things for a few nights. She is basically a furry baby :rotfl:

Tea that wreath is gorgeous! I have heard people are generally good at either knitting or crochet but I am equally lame at both! Cross stitch is my only crafting skill!

Hope your appointment goes well today Skaps. We found ours really reassuring and, weirdly, quite exciting :)

When do you think you'll be starting? Long or short protocol?

    Hi
I just got home. It was a long day. Lots to listen to an4d take in and everything is clearer but more things to it than u had thought from reading the initial booklet. Am quite terrified but will give it a go. Am going to start taking the pill when my period starts this weekend. Then have a scan booked in for Jan 6th so I can then start injections!

Don't know what is short or long protocol. There didn't mention this

Did they mention downregulation at all? If so that'll be long protocol. Short protocol you start injecting on day 1/2 without downregging. Long protocol I think you start some meds on day 21? It's been a long time since I did long protocol, either way very exciting for you, you are on the road now :-)

AFM had my second scan today, some ready to go (18/19mm) but more still coming along so carrying on til another scan on Friday and EC Monday, might lose a couple of bigger ones but there are 4/5 smaller ones ready to catch up so holding out for them. Started another tablet that I was told May help keep the bigger ones in check, upon googling them they are apparently used for rheumatoid arthritis! How weird, but it trust my clinic so will dutifully take them.
So definitely EC on Monday, trigger shot will be Saturday evening and lorazepam Sunday night.

How did you get on Smookle? Sorry you are unwell, I've got a crappy snotty cold thing also! Hoping for a good clutch of eggs for you x
