Good to hear your off the starting blocks pink! I want the sniffy things too, I'm planning on smudging some mascara down my face and come out of the loo sniffing wide eyed. Screw drug chic, we have IVF chic!

I'll let you know how I get on with the sniffing. I read beforehand that there's pros and cons.

With the sniffing, you can get a bit of stinging in your nose, and a nasty taste in the back of your throat. However, I bruise like a peach so it seemed worth it to me to avoid all the down-reg injections! Now I'll only have one-a-day stim injections for a couple of weeks.

I looked up sniffing vs jabs online. You'll see some people saying the nasal spray gave them headaches, but that's a possible side-effect of the jabs too. I suspect that's more about how individuals respond to the hormones than about the delivery method.

PM - have you talked to any of the doctors about whether you might be able to start taking anti-depressants again? I know you had to come off them, but just wondered if it might be ok to start them again, if they would help even a little. Look after yourself. x

Will you have the surgery today? If I were you I'd go to the gp and get a couple of Tamazipam and sleep for a bit.
