MFP is excellent. I paid Weight Watchers Online £9.99 a month for two years when I originally lost weight, and for the start of maintaining. MFP does exactly the same thing, for free!

Weight Watchers uses points rather than calories, but it works out exactly the same. The sort of daily diet I can have on calorie-counting is exactly the same as what I'd have eaten for my Weight Watchers points.

Added you tea, I'm pickle2323 Oh, and I have the Tesco tea bags, I preferred the Yorkshire tea ones at first because they are closest to "real tea" IMO but eventually I managed to move to a cheaper brand and be happy with it

I feel all left out now. I have MFP but never use it. No point atm since my meds make me gain weight.

Yeah it sucks when meds mess with you like that.... am still recovering from evil metformin lol. Come and play anyway if you fancy it xx.

Thanks to all for your kind messages. It feel like I have so much on my plate right now that I need a tray!!! but my father in law was aware about the IVF and I know he would want us to carry on

Just got back from the clinic, just had a baseline scan to check that follies are growing as they should. I am due back in on Monday and the nurse said that based on current growth I will probably have egg collection on Wed/Thurs next week. The funeral is next Friday so I hope it all slots in and around, the nurses said they would try and make sure it does.

I have used MFP before but I just ended up not logging on the days I was very naughty, however for friends with more willpower than I, it has produced great results and it is very MSE too! I will try and add you both but I am not sure how....


Sorry to hear about your BFN Pinkteapot , but good luck with calling up on CD1. I too was told that I may have to wait a month, but all was fine when I called, so I hope it is for you too.

Hope the timing all works out ok danielley. It sounds like your clinic are being really understanding and flexible.... that's gotta help! Hoep the funeral goes as well as these things can.

Not that any of you ladies having treatment currently should be losing I wouldn't think... but it's great for upping your protein.
