Tea, so sorry to hear. Was really hoping this was your time. Sending hugs.0

tea - everything you're feeling is completely natural. Every month I wonder why I'm not a welcoming home for DH's swimmers. It's not your fault - it's totally out of your control.
I'm sorry for the rubbish evening you must have had. Your OH will be upset too but that's no reflection on you either. Look after yourself chick. xx

Tea, it's absolutely not your fault at all. I know it's really hard not to feel guilty but there's nothing more you could have done to make it successful. You've looked after yourself well and followed the treatment to the letter. I hope you and OH are looking after each other and that you can still make the most of the weekend you had planned. Huge hugs to you xSealed Pot Challenge #9550

Isla, am thinking about you so much (in a supportive way, not an internet stalker way, honest!) Hoping the spotting has stopped for you. The fact you've made it to OTD with no pain or bleeding is a really good sign. Have absolutely everything crossed for tomorrow (if you're still planning on waiting that long
)

Argh! I've posted like 6 replies but MSE keeps not sending them. Sneaking on at work.
tea thank you so so much for your support, I really appreciate it. The truth of the matter is I'm too scared to test. I want to but I'm terrified of knowing. The brown spotting was minimal last night and there is none now. It's full scale knicker watch today as I have finished my cyclogest and my period would have been due today on my regular cycle. Just waiting and watching and hoping.
How are you doing?Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
Totally know what you mean about putting it off. I tested two days after OTD last time, and only cracked this time as AF had arrived to give the game away. It's looking good girl, hang in there xx.
Not actually doing too bad today (time for that to change though!) It's the anniversary of the m/c... so hey, at least we only have one bad date to remember! It's also three years since we moved into our house, so will now be focusing on that memory and blocking out the last couple of years.
Have the place to myself for the weekend which is for the best, gives me time to process things instead of lashing out. I'm definitely a "need space" sort of person. Have already made a list of all the food I'm going to buy after work lol. I get to finish at 1pm today (YAY!!!!), then it's just me, my beautiful cuddly cat and the xbox for the evening.... sounds pretty good. As a bonus, I can now use a hot water bottle again, which is good as this AF is a biatch.
Right - off to call the DVLA again.... expect a tantrum!0 -
I really hope it is looking good. I've had minor cramps but nothing too AF threatening today. We'll see!
It sounds like you have the perfect weekend planned to recover from it all. My OH is out tonight too and I am positively giddy at thought. Me, doglet and trashy films will be the order of the day.
I tell you what I am missing the most right now? A bath! I'd love a good soak.
Good luck with the DVLA, give them hell!Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
GP totally nonplussed by the prolonged AF. Said it's either a m/c or just my hormones going out of whack this month. Told me to go home and POAS to be on the safe side (will be BFN, but have to go back if its BFP - not expecting it to be at all).
I'm due two more AFs before the IVF cycle. She said that if my next one is normal then I don't need to discuss it with the clinic. If they carry on being odd then I should, just to check there's no impact on the treatment.
Overall though, seemed to think it was pretty normal and I've just been lucky to never have had a weird AF before!
Went to Tesco on the way to work for pee sticks and picked up treats for work. Only realised afterwards that the checkout girl did well to resist commenting when I went up to her with PG tests and a bag of cookies. :rotfl:
Thinking of everyone on here and got everything crossed for you, isla. x0 -
Pink sorry to hear your gp didn't really have anything useful to say. I hope the cookies help though.
Isla got everything crossed for you.0
