Trubster will love this - I also know another man who might like to trot along as an interested party/moral support as well. A friend of trubster's!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would love this, BUT as may remember, they tried this trick with me and I didn't go for it. I declined as it would clearly be a one sided table (4 against 1) and pointed out everything in a strongly worded letter. I did get a reply saying they were 'Disappointed' I was not prepared to meet.I would welcome the opportunity to arrange a meeting between you, Smith Young, Meadowhall and PCM to discuss how we may resolve this sympathetically and to reassure you of your best intentions at all times.
I may be able to attend a meeting, but the question the OP needs to ask him/herself is "What will I achieve by attending this meeting?"
I can't see PCM standing up and saying they won't ticket any cars... :rotfl:
KIFL would also be a good candidate to attend such a meeting too.

The more I read about this proposed meeting the more I am convinced that it is intended as a stitch-up - and Trubster's post has added to that considerably.
It is clear that the centre hasn't got its act together - even after Trubster's run in with them - and the fact that you have been discriminated against (and harassed for goodness sake) shows their complete disregard for the law. The elephant in the room is how many other people has this been happening to?
This will be a stitch-up, I'm afraid - even with the inestimable assistance of either Trubster or KIFL. personally, I'd steer well clear and keep things in writing. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Sorry I not been on my net not been working till this morning. After umming and arring I decided to go ahead. Meadowhall management are not happy with how PCM have treated me and were mainly not impressed with the way PCM ticketed me even after seeing me load my wheelchair.
The top boss has given me a written apology which includes a statement saying I will never receive anything again from PCM. Also something else which I can not mention
THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!0 -
