I've asked for it in writing as they have done it by email before and PCM wouldn't acknowledge it. I'll be happy with that tbh as then I would put it in my filing0

Hello BD,
Hope you've had a fair night's sleep.
I'm with HO87 here:
'Stop taking/making phone calls and emails and insist that the only way that you will now communicate with them is by letter.'
In #57,-
I've now told meadowhall I plan on taking it to court and that I've contacted the papers.
- have you actually done so? Let them take up the running. Then you can indeed put it in your filing:-)
I can't be the only one concerned[you must be most of all] because you've had these assurances more than once before. Mr Tudor Morgan isn't one of the oicks going around bounty-hunting.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

If you are intending to issue against them, please be aware that it must be in writing and it be to their registered address, you get that by looking at companies house for their ltd address. You cannot do this via emailWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

@OP before you issue proceedings against any or all of the actors in this saga then you will need to send a detailed and assertive letter before action - something that PCM have no handle on at all.
Drop me a PM if you are interested in a draft. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

Dammit. Missed the fun.
HO87 could you PM me an email address, I have a very similar case I am dealing with at the moment. We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. Hi everyone.
Just received an email from British Land Ltd saying theyd like to have a meeting with myself, the Owner of PCM and the Director of Meadowhall. They are having a talk about how this shouldn't happenagain.
Any tips what I should talk about?0 -
This sounds good tbd[they will pay your fuel, I'm sure] - any chance of a Trubster or Bargepole-type Court friend being there as note-taker? And/or local reporter? Did you let the papers know[#57 and #63].
I would want this, insist on it.
You have heard all of this; 'about how this shouldn't happen again' many times before, after all.
Is The Parking Prankster aware of this case?CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

I'd be very careful of that if I were you. What have you got to gain from it?
If you are inclined to attend, seriously consider taking someone knowledgeable from here or PePiPoo with you, if someone can make it.Je suis Charlie.0 -
I would respectfully suggest that BL - being a reasonably large company - have just twigged that their rear end has been left hanging out to dry and are desperately looking to cover it - quickly. This will be about minimising their exposure and minimising your room for manoeuvre.
Before I even considered attending such a meeting I would want to know who would be attending it, who would chair it (if it was anyone from BL, Meadowhall or PCM then its a non-starter - they are the potential defendants for goodness sake) what the format of the meeting would be, any intended ground rules, what the intended outcome(s) were and whether detailed minutes (better still a full audio recording) would be made. The clue about where this is going is in the phrase: "They are having a talk about how this shouldn't happen again".
Although they will undoubtedly dress this up as "informal mediation" it could result in an informal stitch-up and you'll be on the messy end of it. It is of course you choice but I would not be going anywhere near this. You may well help prevent "this" happening again but the important issue is that it has happened and it happened to you. That is not what this meeting will achieve.
I would be respectfully suggesting to them that before they start to put things right that they should be addressing their shortcomings first. Their desire for this meeting is almost certainly in direct proportion to the anxiety they have that this will hit the courts. Please keep that in mind when you make your decision. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

I would pay attention to the above post if I was you, I can't see this coming out in your favour, or if it was it could be denied at a later stage. And what happens for example if they sack this parking company and another like parking eye comes in? Then you are in the same bother but with a company much more litigant. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you.
