Going by his reply, he wants to see an in date BB which you now have. Send them a copy of that. In his reply, he hasn't asked for an in date at time of invoices, just an in date one now.
Failing that follow RedX's advice.0 -
Hi Peeps,
OP, what is your ideal situation.
Do you just want to see this cancelled or are you wanting to go all the way and sue meadowhall for damages? you are more than entitled to a reasonable amount, especially with the continued harassment.
I did send you a PM on PPP stating that it is best to see what the manager does first. Either way, you will not be paying this EVER!

Considering the number of charges and how the Duty Manager has responded to this OP, I would hope he/she would consider going all the way - as you did and claim compensation. Disgraceful behaviour and clearly showing Meadowhall's lack in their legal obligations surrounding the Equality Act as they are also responsible for the actions of their agents.
Bluewater management - also using PCM saw sense and cancelled the charge on this thread:

Yep, I would hope so too, but to most people, especially some disabled families, they have a lot bigger things on their plates and can not be doing with the hassle.
I asked the question to be sure which way this will be going as I have offered to draft up the LBA and draft court documents if required. We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. Ideally I just want it all over as I've just come out of hospital and still recovering after surgery on my knee I'll wait till the duty manager replies and let you all know0

Received a call from the Duty Manager at Meadowhall. he said after checking CCTV he can see that every time I've been in my wheelchair so he can clearly see I have a right to park in a disabled bay. He said he's emailed PCM to tell them to drop all tickets and to not call me again. He's also told them my reg and that they are under no circumstances to ticket me again.
This is funny as the last email I sent them I just happened to mention I'm getting advice from someone who's been through this and won the case lol.
Thank you for all your help0 -
Glad that this has been resolved for you - amazing turn around when Trubster was mentioned!
It shouldn't be like that though - wonder how many disabled people have paid or been intimidated due to their failings under the Equality Act (without the influence here).
Hope you recover soon from your knee operation.
Should you change your vehicle at any point - it may pay to update the "Duty Manager" with the new vehicle registration number - to avoid PCM or another PPC issuing another PCN.0 -
I know it shouldn't be like that. I didn't actually mention any names I just said that I were getting advice by someone who has been thought his and won. Then first thing this morning I received the call saying all has been cancelled.
I've only just got this car so I have it for 3years but when I get a new car they will be updated0 -

Hahahahaha! They didn't want another repeat of the trubster's victory!
Well done - but you know you still could threaten to sue them for harassment and EA breach...! They should add your car reg to a white list of exempt numberplates.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
