First reply from Meadowhall.Dear Mr *********,
Thank you for your email dated!12th April 2014.
Firstly please accept our apologies for the obvious distress that PCM are causing you.!Dean is currently off and I will be dealing with PCM regarding this matter. PCM have been told not to ticket your vehicle in the future by Dean and Dean has passed all this information onto the Duty Managers.
To enable me to cancel the tickets can you please send me the PCM numbers of the outstanding ones. I shall also be speaking with PCM and their operatives regarding this matter.
Kind Regards

So far, so good, but this where you were in #46, with that 'no more tickets' directive 6 weeks old today!
It's even longer ago, over 4 months since #30, when 'no more tickets' were first assured.
We do appreciate your circumstances fully and your reticence over taking the matter further, but....
Are local journos aware yet? I would have thought that publicity would definitely kill PCM stone dead, not only for you, but for others in similar circs. Keeping a copy of any article in your car would be batter than any Blue Badge or Permit.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

I've emailed them but no reply. I've now told meadowhall I plan on taking it to court and that I've contacted the papers. If the duty manager cant offer anything I'm going to ask to talk to someone higher0

I'm afraid that now is to time to be making this far more formal. Stop taking/making phone calls and emails and insist that the only way that you will now communicate with them is by letter. Keep things in print and that way there can be little doubt as to what is said whether that be Meadowhall management, PCM or British Land.
The behaviour here may, indeed, be the result of complete incompetence or things simply slipping between the stones but the nett result of that is that what you have had to suffer is repeated and unconscionable harassment. This should stop now.
One of the landmark cases in relation to harassment was that of Ferguson v British Gas Trading. Despite BG arguing that they were simply following procedures the court found otherwise. Ms F and BG settled out of court for an undisclosed sum. One might safely assume that sum wasn't a pound out of the poor box accompanied by a box of Dairy Milk.
Your case easily satisfies the definition of s.2 Protection From Harassment Act 1997 in addition that in s.26(1) Equality Act 2010.
With respect stop faffing around. You have given these guys far too much rope already. Now's the time to start yanking hard on what you have given them.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

Received a Reply from British Land Ltd, Do you think I should say something about due to the upset, stress and making me lack sleep I would like a written letter and some sort of compensation? I don't want it to sound like I'm just after money but I do think due to all the lies I've been told I deserve something.
I called a solicitor and they said to wait and see what British Land ltd say after I've told them I'm not happy with how I've been treated, So I'll wait for their next response then my solicitor will be joining in to go the last stepDear Mr ********,
We have cancelled any outstanding tickets and have re-iterated to the team on site that you should receive no further tickets. We are also updating our software to flag immediately that your car is not to be ticketed in future (please do keep us up to date with your current vehicle details or if you arrive in a different vehicle so we can update our system).
If you do receive any tickets or correspondence whilst the changes are implemented then please ignore them.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention and I apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Many thanks. Regards,
David Tudor-Morgan
