I wonder why mine is taking longer. It's been 9 days waiting for a decision. Getting a bit worried now.0

Morning,
I got a message from EE this morning (as a T-mobile customer) saying I will be having a 2.7% increase. Do we know if this is inline, or if I can cancel?
Thanks0 -

Sorry if something similar has been posted but I may have won a case in part.
Received a lengthy Decision.pdf from CISAS today.Adjudication Reference: xxxxxxxx
Between XXXXXXXXXX and EE Limited t/as T-Mobile
• The claim is made by the customer, XXXXXXX, against a telecommunication and
internet services company, EE Limited t/as T-Mobile.
• The claim dated 27 February 2014 is for the company to “give a back dated penalty free
cancellation and a PAC and unlock code” and provide compensation in the amount of £100.00.
• The position of the company is explained in its 26 March 2014 defence. The customer has not submitted a reply.
• The customer submits that the company has changed the terms of its contract with her.
• The company does not accept any liability to the customer.
Decision
1. The claims succeed in part.
2. The company shall terminate the customer’s service agreement relating to her First Mobile
Number (xxxxxxxxxx) without penalty (this being backdated to 18 February 2014) and provide the customer with a PAC code and compensation in the amount of £25.00.
Note: The phone number mentioned above (May 2013) is not the one I argued for to be cancelled (October 10 2012). Instead it was a separate mobile number under the same account.
If anyone wants the more from the .pdf just let me know.0 -

Good to know, my partners claim is being adjudicated by him, how long was it with him for?
