As another long-term lurker I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of praise for RandomCurve and all the others among you who have put so much time and effort into this.
It's terrific to know there are consumer champions out there acting out of a noble desire to keep big companies honest (lol), and it's a sad reality that we should need these guys to go so far above and beyond the call of duty to achieve a fair hearing.
My own case has now been batted back to CISAS based, once again, on templates in this thread. Win or lose, I'm immensely grateful.0 -
What do the rules/law say about providing a PAC code ?
How long before the "leaving date" should I request it - and how long do EE have to provide it ?0 -
For me it will probably have to be O2 but it will be a 1 month sim only deal. Coverage at home and at work are my main concerns rather than just price. I would happily have paid a little bit extra for my Orange contract if the service hadn't been downgraded so much by EE along with the standard of customer service I'd got used to.0

Hi
"The parties are advised that Mr Eisei Higashi has been appointed as adjudicator and that all of the case papers received have been forwarded for consideration. "

Its funny, mine was one of the first to be accepted by them, (31st March).
No response as yet, fingers crossed !
I also have 2 contracts I have submitted. The submissions are 2 weeks apart, so will be very interesting, what conclusion they come too, (given the same templates has been used on both occasions).
Only one so far, has the appointed adjudicator.0 -

Responses seem to be at least a week so far but they have upto 3 weeks to reply.0 -
I imagine that all adjudicators will have a set timeframe to deliver a verdict. It'll be down to how much work they have on as to when the get round to delivering it.
Each adjudicator will be different, and so timescales will be too, regardless of when the adjudicator was appointed.0
