The waiting is driving me nuts0

This will never happen (sorry).
EE are fully aware that the adjudicator decision is based on how well YOU articulate the case, not the facts of the case. As soon as CISAS accept the case EE have to pay about £300 so the only thing they can lose if they lose is a compensation payment.0 -
As another long-term lurker I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of praise for RandomCurve and all the others among you who have put so much time and effort into this.
It's terrific to know there are consumer champions out there acting out of a noble desire to keep big companies honest (lol), and it's a sad reality that we should need these guys to go so far above and beyond the call of duty to achieve a fair hearing.
My own case has now been batted back to CISAS based, once again, on templates in this thread. Win or lose, I'm immensely grateful.
Thanks for letting us you know you are there. The problem with these forums is you never know how many people are actually using them, for every one person posting is there another 1 following - or another 100? - so it is great you have decided to join in - cheers0 -
If I win I'm unsure who I'll go with, even tho I hate to admit it EE offer the best coverage at my house and place of work. I'm trying to see who piggybacks on the EE network for their coverage with decent data packages.0

Vectone use the EE network and look reasonably priced. I will probably go with them if i win my case.

My contract was worth less than that.0 -
I have submitted my response to EE's defence. Fingers crossed!
Post 2012 Orange.
Should i win, I will be moving to Three. Sim only, all you can eat data. I was with them for years prior to my involvement with EE. Best coverage at home and work for me.0 -
My contract was worth less than that.
I think the reason EE are playing things out this way is in the hope people will give up....
Let's assume there are ten people who ask for cancellation and all have contracts worth £300.
Of those only 30% take it further to CISAS and assume all are successful and awarded £100 compensation.
If EE had cancelled straight away the cost would have been £3,000.
By refusing their cost is a total of £2,100 which is a 30% saving... But remember not all CISAS cases will be successfull, and not everyone will get compensation.
I think the only way EE change their stance is if it starts costing them more, so more than 30% of people need to start taking their complaints to CISAS.0 -
Mine was too! My initial request was sent on 10th February, so 14 days notice goes to 24th February. Based on this my contract was only worth around £270 + VAT.

Yeah, it's damage limitation, they must stand to make a fortune from a 3% increase.0
