can we not take CISAS and Ofcom to court for failing to do anything useful0

Is it possible to submit a new complaint with new info, after adjudication?
Good question - I don't know the answer, but if you can it wil cost EE dpuble and you should then win as you know what to include!!!
When EE send their defence they may well mention the standard "the claimant has not given any other statistic" - and that is when you can give it as and prove it by highlighting the price rise just announced!0 -

What are they playing at, surely if they reach the decision for one, provided the rest are the same, they should be mailing all the other people with the same outcome!
So who adjudicates the adjudicators !
Here is the problem - there is no appeals process in the adjudication service.
I know someone who LOST their case (a different matter) because the adjudicator judged the facts against the wrong version of EEs T&Cs even though EE and the person claiming had both sent the correct T&Cs - even in these circumstances CISAS refused to re judge the case.
CISAS say each case is judged by its own merits - what they mean is each case is judged on how well you can put a case together, and on the competence of the appointed adjudicator!.0 -

Bananapilot - really sorry about the outcome.
The sickening thing (as highlighted I my posy #881) is that the adjudicators agree that under GC 9.6 Material Detriment means - "not off benefit or Neutral to you" and concede that there has been detriment - you should win right there! But they then go on to assess if the detriment is "Material" - which is irrelevant as they have already concluded the meaning of Material detriment.
The above is why you will win in the SCC, the only down side is that you can't get compensation - only costs. I'll post later how to make a claim - it is really simple and you have all the documents you need already.
In the meantime follow the price rise forum.0 -

The more I think and read about what EE have done makes me want to leave NOW.
I think PAYG with add ons is best. Not tied into a contract and can move around if needed. The unit problem is if you can't afford a £400 out right.Oxfordmark
