The same adjudicator was assigned to my case and I won, I was on EE taken out in Dec 2013. I used all the templates provided by RC.

Shows what a load of crap the system in place is. He obviously knew all the facts, but because I didn't spell them out he was able to reject my claim.

Well no response to my email to Chief Executive notifying them such email was a legal notice of my cancellation and PAC request, no email or PAC forthcoming today.

Simply emailed head honcho at Ofcom stating it was under their remit to enforce my EU legal rights under the 2002 Directive against their licence holder EE.

    Update asap...
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

You can use that as evidence, that's just sheer incompetence.

It'll be interesting to see if EE alter their defence in light of the CISAS cases they have lost so far.

I have been watching this forum for a while and have submitted a case via CISAS using RC's templates. I am slightly concerned as when I tried to upload the word files, it didn't seem to work. it just hung on the uploading bit until I pressed submit and it went through. They did take the case on however. In EE's defence they stated that I did not specify an alternative measure, but I did use RC's template that had that in it. I am worried now that my case will be lost due to the word file not uploading correctly.

I did however supply RCs comments on their defence which did mention the RPI vs CPI argument. I guess only time will tell.

I submitted my comments and was assigned an adjudicator on 4th April, so hopefully I will hear in the next couple of days.

    Loan at 9.5% - 3744
    Natwest Overdraft - 750
    Credit Card - 5100

    Total Debt - £14898

When RC posted the claim to submit to CISAS I remember him saying that you should email the attachments, as he had had trouble uploading them via the website before.

Having said that EE have stated to everyone so far that they have failed to provide an alternative measure of inflation, even when they have!

If I were you, for peace of mind, I would put in a call to CISAS and request conformation that they received all of your uploads.

When I tried uploading through the website it failed too, so I just replied to the confirmation email with the documents as attachments.

I've just looked back through the emails I have received from the CISAS. The first one I got back said "thank you for your application AND documents". So I would assume from that, that it likely worked. I have sent them an email just to check anyway.
