Its still making no sense that there are winners and losers on the same fundamental contract issue, it is the same issue for everyone, crazy. OFCOM need to step in and rule against the whole contract and allow everyone who has asked to leave to leave.0

I agree, it's crazy. Hopefully they do and they have to pay all those they turned down from the day they originally requested the cancellation.
I'm not even all that bothered financially as I have two contracts totaling £30 per month, it's more the principle, maybe I might have my day in court.0 -
Just had both my Contracts Succeed + £100 Compensation

Using RC's Templates with vidette ogden adjudicating
Again Thanks RC, couldn't have done this without you!0 -
Hi all,
My 1st post now I have registered, I have been following thread and following RC's amazing templates, I followed and submitted my defence and got adjudicator Andrew Morris,
Decision - Does not succeed.
Is it worth me pursuing any further? If so could you help me out on what I need to do.
Plus I made an error and missed out one of my numbers!
Many Thanks
Phil
Oh, it looks like you would have won on the fourth mobile number you have, but that you didn't refer to it when writing to the company - the adjudicator found for your argument about CPI/RPI but basically says you didn't give notice to cancel the contract for the fourth mobile. That's a real shame.
On your first three mobiles - there is no reference in the terms to "or any other measure of inflation" - did you use the correct template for those? It looks like you included the CPI/RPI arguments but your terms and conditions only refer to RPI.0 -

I used the Cpi/Rpi, pretty much word for word from RC's templates, I guess it was my faulty for not including the number, however it was in Case defence from EE as all 4 numbers, it says on Cisas the adjudicator helped set up the mobile network we use today, funny he went in their favour.
I read back and noticed the LETTER BEFORE ACTION template, so I modified and sent this a few minutes ago.
But on a small claims form it asks how much are you claiming for, I want to send one in 7 days time but am unsure how much to put here.
Will it be total cancellation costs plus compensation?
If anyone can help here it would be appreciated, I don't want them to win!
Thanks again0 -
Hi all,
Has anyone that has successfully won their CISAS claim got their PAC code/compensation/back dated payments yet? If so, how has it been delivered? When I challenge EE about this they have no record about my CISAS claim or decision0 -

My partner has had her Pac and the backdated payments are being added to her account on her next bill date.
Asked about the compensation but they guy on the phone wasn't sure. Will leave a week see if a letter turns up, if not then i'll chase.
When did you win your case?
Have you accepted the adjudicators decision?0 -

Have you accepted the adjudicators decision?
The decision was dated 14th April, I was notified on the 15th April and I accepted the same day and I got acceptance of the decision on the 24th April.
How long have you had to wait for EE to take action? Sorry if I seem impatient but I am keen to see the back of EE0 -

Hi, we got a call from them about 7 days after we received notification of the decision being accepted.
You'll either get a call or a text with the PAC
Probably best to wait till the 1st then try ringing again, i had to speak to someone in the retentions department to get more details.
Hope this helps!0 -
