EE still haven't responded to the two emails I've sent them. Getting quite fed up now. The people I've talked to on the phone are claiming EE have done nothing wrong. They did try to get me to stay with them and tried to offer me a better deal than what I've found with Virgin. Basically, I'm paying £20 a month for the Samsung S4 mini with Virgin (including insurance) and the best EE could do was £23 a month, £8 a month insurance and £30 upfront.

OK, I have sent my response to the defence, I sent it via email to CISAS@idrs.ltd.uk with my case reference in the subject line, is this the correct email?

Correct email address. I hope you sent the comments as a word/PDF document attached to the email. Also it would have been better (if not done so) if you also put your case reference in the header section of your comments document.

Is that how you have to do it? If so, my comments will have been ignored!

I didn't, I simply copied and pasted. I'll ring them just to check they have got it.

If you have to put it in a word document, my CISAS claim will fail for sure, I'm half expecting it to anyway seeing as I didn't mention RPI on their form.

Just tried to call but they're apparently all in training, call back later!

Normally they ask you to put any evidence in word document, PDF, or JPEG format as also stated in their application process (towards bottom of the link) https://www.cisas.org.uk/page26_cy.html.

However they have known to have accepted email correspondance as well. On normal scenarios they attach all evidence against your case number and I think its more convenient for them to simply attach any documentation to their case reference and hence these formats.

Having said that there shouldn't be a problem, might be better to just double check that they have received your comments.

Training on how to say "no" to future claims

    Or

    Training on being consistent.

    Hi,

Just received the Adjudicator's decision, and as expected, I lost the claim.

Below is a copy of the response I received from CISAS
    [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]

Can RC please give me some advice of what should I do next? Should I reject the decision, or I should just go straight to the small claim court please? If I raise a small claim case, what the possibility is of winning the case? Thank you!!
