    I agree - makes no sense !!

Mainly because my devices are locked to EE and I don't want to pay for them to be unlocked. And I can't be bothered to unlock them myself for free.

I have ordered my replacement sims with Virgin Mobile now anyway.

So the people who won, have you accepted the CISAS decisions.

I have changed my app store default payment method to Mobile Account, not sure if that will wash, but work a try.

Did you respond to the change in t&cs text?

If you didn't you need this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4818999

Not strictly true. You can still try to reject the t&cs first, as per post #744.

Best advice for anybody late to the party is to follow my advice in post #1109

I don't intend to accept the decision until a few days before the six week limit. Like RC has stated you may as we'll take advantage of free service, as any payment made will be refunded.

This, a bit like EE dragging it out to the last knockings sending in their defence. Of course, they could have avoided this by just doing what was right in the first place.

Truth be told I will probably give in before the six weeks is up due to the rubbish signal I get. :(

    Hello

I called up EE on the day i received the Terms refresh text. As this complaint and T&C rejection was rejected. Could i put a claim to CISAS?

I know RC has done templates, but they have been lost.

Can someone link me the key templates?

    Thanks
