In recent years more and more CEO have been answering emails themselves, I had a reply from Coop, CEO at 10.30pm on Friday0 -

I'm happy to announce that after numerous telephone conversations and an official letter of complaint I have been paid my £100 incentive exactly 83 days after my switch was completed.
Tomorrow I'll be sending a letter to close the account and never ever use the co-op again.0 -
I really wouldn't waste your time or sanity in phoning around call centres, a letter should do the trick but if you don't get a reply this is the email address I used to reach the CEO:

Emailed to the above email id gently pointing out the cashback has not been paid for a switch made on Feb 27th and also would like a compensation - got a reply a day later saying the matter has been passed forward and two days later (today) £100 cashback plus £75 deposited in account!
I agree with b_enji- dont bother with phones - just send a polite email to the above id.0 -
Is the Co-op universally incompetent or is it only trying to avoid paying the £100 switching bonus to people who don't look like they are using their new account in anger?0

I have recently switched to get the £100 (last week) and it seems I will have to fight for it...0
