I enjoyed the experience of switching to Britania so much last time that I thought I'd relive the whole fiasco once again.
The ten working days, in which they promised the problem would be resolved, are up tomorrow so it will soon be time for another Victor Meldrew-esque phone call me thinks.0 -
Does anyone know if there is a limit on how long I have to keep the account after receiving the £100 for switching? thanks0

Still waiting switch date. 26 feb . 4 calls over the last couple of weeks .I will forward to relevent dept, 10 days from call , specialist team. You name it i have the excuse. I wouldnt mind but i am actullay using the account.:mad:3.55kw 2 systems 2.3 se 1.25 sw installed may 2011 and oct 2011..
I have never been mis sold anything but i have bought a few things i didnt need!0 -

Absolutely no limit whatsoever. As soon as you have the £100 switching incentive (you lucky sod) turn, run for the hills, and never look back.0 -
I should have been paid the incentive on the Thursday 8th but despite calling on Tuesday 6th, Thursday 8th & Monday 12th about it I'm still waiting0

I have been given the run around too. 45 days was weeks ago. Their 10 day extension expires on Monday. I'm not calling again. Complaint letter will be in the post Monday evening if the £100 is not in my account. I won't be sticking with them after this!0

I will be posting a letter of complaint on Saturday regarding breaking its promises, failing to meet its offer T+C and not treating all its customers fairly, have asked for 100.00 compensation in addition to 100.00 switch payment.
100.00 finally credited on Tuesday, same day as letter was sent out acknowledging complaint.
