Co-op £100 switch incentive is back

Switch completed 3 March. £800 paid in same day and then again on 20th march. Still no £100. The advisors have been lovely and helpfull but I'm definitely having second thoughts about Co-Op as a bank. Raised a complaint last Friday and still no £100.0

I phoned a week ago to chase this and was told that there has been problems with customers getting the £100 automatically and that they'd look into it and get back to me ASAP.
I phoned tonight and the adviser seemed to have no knowledge of my first call to them. He claimed that it takes 45 working days and not 45 calendar days. I had neither the time nor inclination to argue, so I'll sit it out another week to see how it goes, however, I'm far from impressed with anything the co-op has done thus far.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!0 -
doesn't say "working days", just "days"0

paid today0

Bonus was paid today on the wife's account, within 24 hours of the first phone call. I've made two calls so far as well as raising an official complaint and received !!!!!! all.
Oh the joys of banking with the Co-op.0 -
£100 incentive paid a couple of days ago. I had to call to chase but was paid the following day. Top class service and no reason to switch away!0

I'd say no further incentive to stay after the £100 is paid is reason enough to switch away.....
Pocketed the £100 will keep the account open with £1 in it until a switching offer elsewhere takes my fancy0 -

No other eligible incentives around at the mo...But I have a donor account at the ready with RBS who I will never bank with again, only there to be used...

My switch was completed on 26th February and I still haven't received the £100 incentive. I've made 8 phone calls and spoke to various operators and managers and been told several different stories.
I made my last call today to the co-op and I'm now dealing with the financial ombudsman. They have advised me that the co-op have eight weeks to respond to an official written complaint. After four weeks they will contact the co-op to remind them that they only have four weeks left to reply.
The financial ombudsman has advised me that as long as I have followed all of the terms and conditions then I am entitled to the incentive.0
