Still not got my £100. The latest adviser says the only thing he can see is that the £800 was not in the account 24 hours. There's nothing in the terms and conditions that says it has to be, just that £800 needs 'crediting' to the account within 31 days of switching. I put it in and took it out again a couple of hours later.

Can anyone confirm they received the £100 without having £800 in the account for 24 hours?

Anyway, this adviser has referred it on to the 'relevant team' so fingers crossed I might be getting somewhere at last.

Nothing here yet either - the 45 days has already passed but after telling me they were 'emailing the switching team' they suggested that it would be credited in ten days. They only have a few days of this left and then I will be raising an official complaint.

Our £800's were only in the accounts long enough to transfer them back out immediately and we both got the £100.

Thanks. That's all I needed to know. As suspected, it seems they're just trying to come up with any minor excuse why it hasn't been paid rather than sorting it out. They must know they're failing to pay within the 45 days with the amount of calls/complaints about it.

How do you send a secure message?

I can't see anywhere on Co-op online banking that allows me to send a secure message.

Meanwhile, I've just been on the phone for half an hour, spoke to 2 different departments, including a manager who informs me that they're having major problems crediting the accounts with the incentive within the timescale and can only refer my account details on to the team responsible to try and speed up the process. He said to expect the incentive within a couple of days. Where have I heard that before?

3 days after the switch and the £100 was paid 33 days after the switch.
