  • Just got my £100 today after complaining on the 11th April. So all up 51 days. Was told on the 11th that it would take another 10 working days to get the money but it only took 4. So call them and complain if you don't get your £100 and it will come. Don't give up.
  • Just called them. Another instance of "everything looks in order, I'll get my manager to send an email". Fingers crossed.

In case of use to others, I used the 0800 0325 579 number from the switch offer page of the site
  • I have been told tonight that the 'within 45 days' clock does not start ticking until the first £800 is credited AFTER your official switch date.

So if your switch date was for example 20th Feb - and you then credited your account with £800 on the 27th - the 45 days would run from the 27th.

Also, I had nothing through about which charity I wanted to nominate for the Co-op's £25 donation - but was abe to do this over the phone once he read them out to me. There's a choice of about 5 or 6 which are on their website where the £100 switching offer is advertised.

My switch date was the 28th of Feb, I rang this morning to ask them about the £100 payment, I got told they would email the team dealing with the incentive.

I just checked and it's been paid :D

My switch was completed on 26/02 and still haven't received the £100. I'd paid in £800 7 days after the switch and a further £1000 a month later. Also had 2 standing orders come out twice.

I've been told as it's a bank holiday it needs to be passed over on Tuesday to the switching team. The operator spent some time checking the days between each transaction and sounded like she was looking for a reason not to pay. She said the switching team needs to check my eligibility, to which I said I've read the T&C's and complied with all of them. She was quick to say that she'll call me back Tuesday to confirm it's been paid into my account.

I think their hoping most people forget about the £100 incentive and just use the account.

Their complete incompetence at sorting out this offer is yet another reason to leave, why make an offer and not honour it? Just creates bad will, I will be leaving based on the poor service I have received so far.
Make £10 a day challenge in Feb £325.82/£280
    March £78/£310

I too am waiting for this, bonus clubcard points could be rather an attractive proposition. I haven't though been overly impressed with tesco credit card customer service but we will have to see if the bank account is any better

That's what I plan to do, as long as co-op has paid the £100 by then I'll use it to switch to Tesco (if we have to switch)
