Only thing I can think of that might have stopped the payment being triggered is that the standing orders switched though active were quarterly so haven't been paid out yet on the new account, but that wasn't specified as being a requirement. Otherwise they might be delaying due to solvency issues or to prevent the payouts appearing in this years accounts.
Be very interested how you get on please.0 -

Add me to the list of missing £100. 47 days now.
For those of you calling can you let us know your success and whether you used the 0161 4747123 number please?0 -

ime you have to chase & chase.. but it will come.0

I believe they have moved the conditions slightly - it is 45 days from the date that you satisfy the £800 paid in requirement. So probably not much point in calling until after that date.0

Well I called them on Friday and expressed my strong displeasure at not receiving the payment and was told that they needed to review my account to see if I qualified for the £100. None to pleased about that, but anyway after about 2 hours later they called me back and said that I had qualified, but that it would take a further 10 working days to pay it to me! Pathetic really. So now its 60 days to wait not 45 as you can't call them up about non payment until the 45 days are up.
As part of the checks to see if I qualified, they asked me whether my old account had actually closed as they did not see a balance transfer across. I told them that it had (and this can't be avoided anyway under the new switich regime) and they were satisified with that, but I strongly suspect that this could be the nub of the issue as a friend applied on the same day as me and switched 3 SOs and paid in the £800 at the same time as I did and got her £100 over two weeks ago. The only difference is that her account transferred with a small balance of £10 and mine had a zero balance. Go figure.0
